Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. In the course of a year she received her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. Within a single year, she obtained her professional license when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently one of the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her professional card in order to further the education. Following her completion of college Ariel returned to the stage in the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she had left off in the previous contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After the initial event for a number of years, setting bigger goals each year. In 2009, four new fitness titles were added to her collection. Additionally, her 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB ever. Ariel had a long break following her professional card's issuance to get her college diploma. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut occurred in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. She finished in third place. In summer 2016, she was awarded first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. A few months later she was on the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position at the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations before and was very satisfied with the results. Ariel was competing against the best. Ariel keeps impressing with an improved version of her body every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. This is made up of lat pull-downs, bent rows that use a single hand with a pull-up device as well as sitting rows. Warming up is usually done first, followed by an actual training. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. The routine she does for her back comprises three or more supersets consisting of 10-12 reps.
