Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw also known by her stage name Elizabeth Alice MacGraw has been an actor, model and advocate for animal rights in the United States. Ali MacGraw is famous for films such as Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. She was drawn to becoming an artist was in part influenced by her upbringing in a New York family of artists. Her first job was as a photographer's assistant, before progressing to acting and modeling. MacGraw was awarded an award called the Golden Globe Award, for the most promising young talent. MacGraw's 1970 film Love Story proved a major success and earned her international notoriety, as well as the Academy Award' nomination and an Academy Award nomination and a Golden Globe award. The film was recognized as the most successful female box-office actress in the world after only three releases. At Grauman's Chinese Theater, in 1972, she had her handprints and signature engraved. The other films she's appeared in are The Getaway Convoy Players as well as the TV miniseries The Winds of War. Moving Pictures, a 1991 autobiography, of hers came out. MacGraw has been married three times.
